Atamis is a dynamic and expanding software business located in Cardiff. We provide analysis and management tools to both the public and private sector. Our small, friendly team needs to expand to support the growth of the company. We are currently actively recruiting for the following roles which will appeal to those who are highly ambitious, seeking a wide range of challenges in their employment and looking to progress rapidly within their career:

Marketing Manager
In the role of Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, owning and delivering a corporate and product marketing strategy, both on- and off-line. You will contribute to the identification of new client opportunities, re-market to the existing client base and increase awareness of the Atamis brand, including overseeing the re-design of this website. Candidates will ideally have:

  • a proven track record (2+ years) in a commercial business marketing environment, with good experience in delivering B2B marketing campaigns
  • experience of developing quality written content, both full-length, informative articles and shorter items, e.g. blogs, social-media posts
  • experience or knowledge of strategic procurement 

Business Development Manager
Ideally suited to candidates with experience of SaaS/software sales and a working knowledge of procurement and the contract lifecycle, you will be responsible for managing a new business sales target in the Financial Services sector, where Atamis has a number of successful reference sites, and ultimately also to other sectors. Candidates will ideally have:

  • a proven track record in new business software sales, including SaaS
  • business-to-business sales experience
  • experience of successfully generating own appointments with existing accounts
  • experience of effectively demonstrating software to prospective customers

Client Support Analysts
This client-facing support role will appeal to those who seek a wide range of challenges in their employment and focuses on both the support and implementation of the Atamis application. The role is suitable for candidates with limited relevant experience and also as a first major role for exceptional graduates. Particular preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate some or all of the following: experience in a technical support, client relationship management or customer service role; experience with the Salesforce platform; knowledge of procurement; awareness of project management.

Client Support Consultants
This client-facing implementation and support role will appeal to those with a greater level of experience than that required for the Client Support Analyst role. Consultants will rapidly be given responsibility for managing projects, designing and configuring custom solutions, delivering training and taking the lead with on-going client relationships. Candidates with experience of the software product testing lifecycle and of developing user guides are of particular interest.
