Nov '17: Home Office pilots Atamis PM

The UK Home Office has completed a pilot of Atamis PM to forecast workforce usage accurately for its future procurement activity. Resource forecasting was previously undertaken off-line, but bringing FTE forecasts into Atamis PM means that they are now aliigned with contracts and procurements in Atamis SM & TM, so visibilty across the organisation is greatly improved.

Forecasts will also become more accurate as 'actual' time recorded is fed back into templates for project activity. Highly granular forecasts have been auto-generated for each resource grade and are also driven by the complexity of the project. The pilot has been approved and is being rolled out in the new year to all Home Office departments.
