ProSpend uses data from your finance system. It cleanses and enriches spend data to allow detailed analysis for identification of savings and efficiencies. Access is through an easy to use point-and-click dashboard interface.

Key Performance Indicators relating to payments, suppliers, contracts, invoices and savings can be customised to fit with your procurement objectives. Clicking on a chart or dashboard takes you to the underlying detail.

The system is flexible enough to use any procurement classification or category structure with multiple levels. Spend can be analysed at category, department and supplier levels with drill-down capability to line item-level. Data can be exported to Excel at any time.
Reports such as this one clearly demonstrate which suppliers each department is using for similar goods or services, and provides you with the data you need to focus on increasing compliance with negotiated contracts.
